Fresh Graduate Site Civil Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fresh Graduate Civil Engineer to join our team and support day-to-day construction and engineering activities on-site.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior engineers, contractors, and site teams to assist in supervising construction works, reviewing drawings, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that site activities are executed according to approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising and monitoring daily construction activities on-site.
  

• Support senior engineers in ensuring works are executed according to approved drawings and technical specifications.
  

• Review and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
  

• Assist in monitoring the quality and progress of site works.
  

• Conduct basic site inspections and report observations to the supervising engineer.
  

• Assist in coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project teams.
  

• Support the preparation of daily and weekly site progress reports.
  

• Assist in quantity measurements and verification of completed works.
  

• Use AutoCAD to review, update, and prepare drawings when required.
  

• Help identify technical or execution issues and coordinate with senior engineers to resolve them.
  

• Monitor materials delivered to the site and verify compliance with project requirements.
  

• Maintain organized project drawings, reports, and site documentation.
  

• Support quality control and site safety procedures.
  

• Participate in site meetings, inspections, and project coordination activities.
  

• Develop practical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from AUB or LAU.
  

• Fresh graduate or 0–1 year of relevant experience.
  

• Strong interest in construction and site engineering work.
  

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
  

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  

• Basic understanding of civil engineering and construction principles.
  

• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
  

• Good numerical and analytical abilities.
  

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  

• Good organizational and time-management skills.
  

• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with engineers and site teams.
  

• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment.
