Our client, a respected organization in Malta, is currently seeking a Personal Assistant to join their team.

Recruiting applicants already residing in Malta.

Key Responsibilities

Provide executive support to the Directors, ensuring the efficient management of daily operations.
Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, and key business priorities.
Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting documentation.
Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items and deadlines.
Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Draft professional correspondence and handle confidential information with discretion.
Support strategic projects and maintain company policies, procedures, and filing systems.

Previous experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and solve problems.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Diploma in Business Administration, HR, or a related field (preferred).
Experience in HR administration or facilities/property coordination is an asset.
Fluency in English and Maltese.
