Responsible for the day-to-day execution and operational management of Humana's Enterprise Device Provisioning program. Coordinates device forecasting, inventory management, order fulfillment, supplier activities, and lifecycle operations to ensure associates receive technology efficiently, accurately, and on time. Supports budget tracking, operational reporting, asset management, and process improvement initiatives while maintaining service levels and operational continuity across the provisioning
ecosystem.
Objectives
Execute daily provisioning operations and support program performance against established service levels and operational targets.
Manage device forecasting inputs, inventory levels, procurement activities, peripheral fulfillment, and order execution to meet business demand.
Coordinate device redeployment, asset recovery, returns processing, and inventory control activities to maximize asset utilization and minimize waste. Track inventory expenditures, supplier service costs, and operational metrics to support budget management and cost control efforts.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, automation technologies, and AI-powered solutions, to develop automated workflows, enhance reporting and forecasting, improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and support data-driven decision-making.
Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and workflow enhancements that increase efficiency and reduce operational risk. Develop operational reports, performance dashboards, and analysis to support business planning, capacity management, and decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience supporting technology operations, device provisioning, inventory management, service delivery, supply chain operations, or similar operational environments.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, order fulfillment, asset lifecycle management, and operational processes. Experience with process improvement, workflow optimization, data analysis, and operational reporting.
Ability to collaborate effectively with Technology, Procurement, Finance, HR, suppliers, and other cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain service continuity.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, monitor operational performance, and drive issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with reporting and analytics tools, including Excel and dashboarding platforms, to monitor KPIs and support operational decision-making.
