Sprayer

Superior Home Products is an established manufacturer of cultured marble located in Wentzville, MO. We are currently looking for a responsible, motivated, and energetic person to fill a Full-Time position in our Spraying Department of the Mold Set-Up Area. This entails mixing and spraying gelcoat on fiberglass molds in the required color to fulfill orders on the production schedule. While spraying experience is helpful, it is not required.

Responsibilities include:

• Verify orders each day by reviewing the daily production schedule
• Ensure molds are clean and prepared correctly before spraying
• Masking molds with paper, waxing molds, and ensuring all items are verified for quality before moving forward to production
• Ensuring all Safety and Quality standards are followed

Requirements:

• Using and reading a tape measure accurately is a necessity
• Basic math skills, reading and writing
• Detail oriented, self-motivated individual
• Good communication skills
• Good attendance, dependability, and safety consciousness are a must
• Ability to work both as a team, and individually
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, twist as needed for your shift
• Be able to lift up to 60 lbs. as needed
• Ability to work overtime as needed depending on production demands
• Must be able to wear a respirator
