The ULI Atlanta District Council advances the mission of the Urban Land Institute at a local and statewide level. ULI Atlanta includes more than 1,400 members across Georgia and is supported by a robust committee structure, leadership initiatives, signature conferences, and statewide programming. As a member-led organization, ULI’s strength lies in its members’ industry knowledge and expertise. Members advance ULI’s mission through programming, councils, and committees.
ULI Atlanta is seeking to hire a full-time Marketing & Events Associate to join our small and collaborative team serving real estate and land use professionals throughout the Atlanta region and across Georgia.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Marketing & Events Associate is an entry‑level professional position within ULI Atlanta responsible for executing marketing communications under the direction of the Senior Events Manager and assisting with event operations across the ULI Atlanta’s programs and initiatives.
This role maintains the communications calendar, drafts and sends outbound email campaigns, supports website and social media updates under the direction of the ULI Atlanta team.
This role will also assist with event logistics across multiple committees and signature programs, and ensure timely, accurate, and consistent communications and seamless event execution.
This is an execution-focused role in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
The Associate serves as a key point of contact for routine communications needs and must demonstrate professionalism, responsiveness, and strong customer service skills at all times.
ULI Atlanta supports a flexible hybrid work model; typically, with 2 days in-office, 1-2 days in the field supporting events, and at least 1-2 days working from home. Meetings and programs may occur in early mornings or evenings in addition to standard business hours.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The salary range for this position is $47,272 to $51,409. Actual compensation will be based on experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
